This room was like a cozy little haven! The minibar was such a treat, and the flat-screen TV made it extra snuggly when we wanted to watch a movie. And let's not forget the electric kettle for those essential morning cups of tea! It felt like our own private getaway.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the view from the room. But hey, that's just me!

The double room at Chambres D'Hotes Maison Balady was cozy and inviting. It had a minibar filled with all my favorite treats, and the flat-screen TV was perfect for relaxing in bed. The electric kettle was a nice touch, allowing me to make a hot cup of tea whenever I wanted. The view from the room was stunning, making me feel like I was in a postcard.
Honestly, the only thing I liked less about the room was the minibar. It's just a personal preference, but I found that it took up some unnecessary space.

Lovely room, comfy bed. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Friendly hosts, great atmosphere. Recommended for a short stay.

The farmhouse was nicely restored with a peaceful location. It was a convenient stop during our trip up north and had enough nearby attractions for a longer stay. The spacious room had a modern bathroom and the breakfast was great. They also offered a tasty evening meal.
One of the rooms was above the kitchen, with a steep staircase. Our chosen room was a bit chilly in November and we were told to use the electric heater sparingly.

We had a great time exploring the beautiful countryside on our bikes. The routes were scenic and well-maintained, making it a perfect destination for outdoor enthusiasts. The hosts, Marco and Marjolaine, were also very accommodating and provided us with helpful information about the best cycling routes in the surroundings.
For dads, it would be great to have a small playground for the children.

I was lucky enough to stumble upon this hidden gem in the French countryside. From the moment I booked, the hosts Marjolein and Marco went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They even called me personally to ask about my dinner preferences! Speaking of dinner, it was absolutely exceptional. The four-course meal prepared by Marco using fresh vegetables from their garden was one of the best I've ever had in France. The conversations around the dinner table with other guests and the hosts were interesting and inspiring. The breakfast was equally delicious, with both sweet and savory options. The atmosphere, the food, and the inspiring company of Marjolein and Marco make this place a must-visit. I wish I could have stayed longer. I highly recommend Chambres D'Hotes Maison Balady for an unforgettable stay.
